1. Definitions
The platform that provides the app, website and related services.
Any person who creates an account and places orders through Vlugbezorgd.
Supermarkets, specialty stores and other retailers offering their products through Vlugbezorgd.
A purchase of products through the platform, including pickup and delivery orders.
2. Account
- 1You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- 2You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- 3The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
- 4Vlugbezorgd may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or violation of these terms.
3. Orders
- An order is binding once confirmed by the store.
- Prices are determined by individual stores and may vary.
- Product availability may change; stores may cancel items if out of stock.
- Cancellation is possible until the store starts preparation, thereafter at the store's discretion.
4. Payments
- Payments are securely processed through our certified payment provider.
- We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card and cash payment (where offered).
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to demand, weather or traffic.
- You must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.
- If absent, the courier may return the order; delivery costs will not be refunded.
6. Liability
Vlugbezorgd acts as a platform between users and stores. Therefore:
- ⚠️Stores are responsible for the quality, freshness and accuracy of products.
- ⚠️Vlugbezorgd is not liable for food allergies or diet-related incidents.
- ⚠️Our liability is limited to refunding the relevant order.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Vlugbezorgd (logos, texts, images, software) is owned by Vlugbezorgd or its licensors. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or use this without written permission.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting our customer service. Vlugbezorgd reserves the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms.
9. Changes
We may change these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will inform you via email or a notification in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
